FAIRBORN – Andre Winston, 38, of Beavercreek was killed in Fairborn Wednesday night, after an altercation turned fatal.
The Fairborn Police Department reported that a stabbing occurred around 10:30 p.m. at an apartment located at the intersection of Williams Street and Wallace Drive. Winston died shortly before or after arriving at Miami Valley Hospital from a stab wound to the chest. The Montgomery County Coroner Office has deemed the stabbing as a homicide.
A suspect, a Fairborn resident, is currently being held at the Fairborn Police Department pending formal charges.
