Bellbrook holding BBQ fund-raiser

BELLBROOK — City BBQ in Centerville will host a fund-raiser to benefit The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Support Center on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 5 E. Franklin Street.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 20 percent of sales that day will go to The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Support Center to help support its food pantry and programs offered to help local neighbors in need. When ordering, either in person or online, use the code Fund A for this event.

The mission of the BSCSC is to “bridge the gap” for members of the community by offering support in the short term with immediate assistance in the form of food, household supplies, and emergency clothing while working with them over the long term to help them build skills and utilize resources to help them to lift themselves out of poverty.
