Premier Health building in Gateway Center nears completion

XENIA — Premier Health’s newest medical office building, 2055 W. Main Street, in Xenia’s Gateway Center, is nearing completion and could possibly be finished by the middle of April.

“This state-of-the-art medical office building brings together physicians and services in one convenient location for Xenia and surrounding areas,” said Diane Pleiman, president of Premier Physician Network. “Expanding access to primary care, women’s services, and lab amenities helps fulfill our mission of building healthier communities. We are excited for its completion.”

Premier Health is one of the largest comprehensive health systems in southwest Ohio. Premier offers five inpatient hospital campuses; an urgent care network free-standing emergency departments, a large primary and specialty care network, behavioral health and substance abuse services, as well as comprehensive laboratory services and home health services, led by a locally-based board of trustees.

The office building will include 24 exam rooms and a variety of services that will include obstetrics, gynecological providers, primary care, and a CompuNet clinical laboratory. Total employees when fully operation (including CompuNet), is 24. Total parking spaces is 83 (including handicap spaces).

Providers include Shirelle Applin, MD; Latha Venkatesh, MD; Bryan Schinaman, PA; and Jessica Darnell, CNP; OB/Gyn of Greene County providers include Katherine Lin, MD; and Kevin Edwards, MD.

Estimated opening date for the facility is April 26. A ribbon-cutting and community open house/tour of the facility is planned for April 25.
