CEDARVILLE — Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and wife, Fran, will host their ice cream social Sunday, June 26 at their home.

Fran DeWine, along with friends and grand kids made more than 100 pies —Strawberry Rhubarb; Apple; Red Raspberry Rhubarb; Black Raspberry; Mixed Berry; Cherry; and Blueberry — for the social, 1-5 p.m.

In addition to the homemade pies, the DeWines will feature Young’s Jersey Dairy ice cream and popcorn. There will be games, face painting, clowns, sack races and a pie eating contest for kids, along with a magician.

Christian Singer Sharon Hardman perform 1 p.m., followed by Joe Mullins and Radio Ramblers 2 p.m.. The Firehouse Friends will sing the National Anthem 3 p.m. prior to Mike DeWine and other statewide elected officials and candidates giving presentations.

The suggested donation is $5 for adults. Children are admitted free.
