One dead after head-on crash

BATH TOWNSHIP (WDTN) — One man is dead after a head-on crash Tuesday night.

According to information from our partners at WDTN 2 News, the crash occurred around 8 p.m. in the 4100 block of Kitridge Road. According to a Bath Township police sergeant, a SUV driven by Mark Snyder, 31, hit a Chevy Malibu head-on.

“Snyder’s vehicle went off the right side of the road, hit a power pole and overturned,” according to WDTN. “Snyder and his passenger, 26-year-old Chadley Robinson, were both ejected.”

Snyder died at the scene and Robinson was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. Robinson’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

The 54-year-old female driver of the Malibu suffered critical injuries and was trapped for a period of time inside her vehicle.
