WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — The U.S. Air Force Marathon will offer a special New Year’s resolution discount, as well as an opportunity to win a prize package and tickets to the 2016 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship First Four, to participants who register for the race on Jan. 1.
Participants who register on Jan. 1 will save $10 off of the full and half marathon, and $5 off of the 10K and 5K races. In addition, their names will be entered into drawings to win the chance to attend the First Four “Big Hoopla” event at the University of Dayton Arena, March 15 and 16 and/or a marathon prize package, which includes tickets to the race’s Breakfast of Champions, pasta dinner and VIP and preferred parking passes.
“I encourage everyone to register Jan. 1 to take advantage of this one-time-only opportunity,” said Robert Aguiar, Air Force Marathon race director. “It’s a great way to start the year off right.”
