Career center seniors pass customer service program

XENIA — Greene County Career Center international business and finance seniors Taylor Grooms, Natasha Lewis, Jacob Snoeberger, and Andrew Worthington passed the National Seminars Training Customer Service Certification Program.

Completion of the program demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and improve effectiveness and service quality. The program consisted of online training, videos, activities and tests cover six modules. The training is aligned with Sinclair Community College’s customer service course which allows the students to earn three semester credit hours toward college graduation.

Grooms, Lewis and Worthington are all from Xenia while Snoeberger is from Beavercreek. International business and finance instructor Joanne Hodgson completed the training and earned certification as well.

National Seminars Training is a subsidiary of Graceland College Center for Professional Development and Lifelong Learning, Inc., whose continuing education outreach is committed to providing high-quality opportunities for on-going professional development. It focuses on meeting the ever-expanding continuing education needs of adult professionals in all industries and professions.
