Disney on Ice coming to Nutter

FAIRBORN — Disney On Ice presents Treasure Trove and aims to set the gold standard with a medley of Disney tales in one ice show that commemorates the legacy of Disney animated films. Seven performances will be offered from Oct. 21 through 25 at Wright State University’s Nutter Center.

The show will feature Rapunzel and Flynn, characters from Disney’s 50 animated feature, and other Disney princesses, including Tiana, Cinderella, Jasmine, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Mulan and Snow White, along with Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Captain Hook and his pirate pals on an adventure beyond Never Land. Attendees will trek the wilds of Africa with Simba, Nala, Pumbaa and Timon as they discover the true meaning of the “Circle of Life.” Alice and the Mad Hatter will march with the Queen of Hearts’ Army of Cards. Woody and Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the toys will also be back in town.

Showtimes are 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21; 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22; 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23; 1 and 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24; and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25.
