BEAVERCREEK – A former Greene County prosecutor was stopped for an OVI Monday, his second OVI arrest in recent years. According to Ohio State Highway Patrol information, William Schenck, 69, of Beavercreek, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence in Beavercreek Monday morning.
According to our partners at WDTN 2 News, troopers said Schenck was stopped for crossing over the center line. He was pulled over on Grange Hall Road near Kemp Road in Beavercreek.
Schenck pleaded guilty to reckless operation charges in February 2014 after he was stopped for suspected OVI in November 2013.
Schenck was the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney for more than 25 years until 2006.
Schenck pleaded not guilty to the alcohol charge in Fairborn Municipal Court Tuesday.
