FAIRBORN — The Air Force Marathon has officially sold out all races.
Runners that have not registered can still run the full or half marathon by signing up through a charity partner by July 17.
“We have great charity partners,” Race Director Rob Aguiar said. “Whatever cause they support, from curing disease to supporting service members, runners should be able to find a charity partner to run for.”
Registered charity partners for the 2015 Air Force Marathon include: Air Force Enlisted Village, The Fisher House, The USO, Dayton Children’s, Research Down Syndrome, the Artemis Center, The TACP Association, Paralyzed Veterans of America’s Revolution and the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors or TAPS.
The Air Force Marathon, presented by Northrop Grumman, USAA and Boeing, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015. The Sports & Fitness Expo is held at Wright State University’s Nutter Center and will take place on Thursday, Sept. 17, and Friday, Sept. 18.
