XENIA — Harold E. Seall was the band director at the OSSO Home for many years. After he retired, he volunteered to direct the Foody-Cornwell American Legion band. Later he organized a concert orchestra at Wright Field, including a vocal ensemble. This orchestra was established to provide entertainment for the employees of Wright and Patterson Fields and the Air Material Command. He opened a music store in Xenia in 1946 where he sold a complete line of band and orchestra instruments, music accessories and other supplies.
