Hundreds of cycling enthusiasts turned out to Kil-Kare Raceway Sunday for the 16th annual Blessing of the Bikes event. The event is held each year on the third Sunday in May.

According to the event’s website, it provides an opportunity for all motorcycle riders “to have their motorcycles blessed for a safe riding season” and provides “an opportunity for camaraderie and friendship in order to promote a positive image of motorcycling to the community at large.”
