BEAVERCREEK — The newest area BRAVO! Cucina Italiana is now open at the Beavercreek Mall at Fairfield Commons. The newly designed entrance opened its doors to select individuals during a soft opening for lunch on Jan. 25 and officially opened on Jan. 28.
“We are a guest centered and chef driven Italian restaurant,” Executive Chef Ben Draughn said. “We offer a high-energy staff that strive to put customers first. We not only provide them delicious food and drinks, but also guarantee a great dining experience.”
To celebrate the opening of the new restaurant with the community, BRAVO! will be working closely with Dayton Children’s Hospital and will be donating a portion of proceeds earned during the week celebration for children in need. This establishment holds Dayton Children’s Hospital in high regard and considers it a pillar in the community.
BRAVO! is known for its homemade pastas, roasted chops, specialty steaks and wood-fired pizzas. It’s an upscale, affordable restaurant offering authentic Italian food with a full-service bar. But, it’s not just the food that makes this grille a fantastic place to visit. Patrons find it’s a great place to mingle with friends and family, inside or outside on the spacious patio. BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, meaning, “Italian kitchen” strives to offer the best of Italian food to all patrons.
Patrons can expect BRAVO!’s classic Italian menu by Chef Draughn to be served amongst the shadows of Roman ruins and all cooked in a kitchen in full view of the guests, creating the energy of a live theater. BRAVO!’s popular entrees include grilled steaks, chops and fresh seafood, as well as flatbreads, pizzas and salads, similar to what one would find in an authentic “ristorante” in Italy.
The interior transports visitors from Beavercreek to the heart of the Venetian paradise and the walls into an Italian home. With its hand-crafted Italian mosaics, plastered walls and arches, and fine marble countertops, visitors will feel right at home.
