GREENE COUNTY — Arthur Kilner came to Greene County to work I Security at Wright-Patterson AFB. He was instrumental in the formation of the Greene County Rescue. Interested in genealogy and local history, he wrote several books on various aspects of local history including one and two room schools. At the time of his death, he was documenting on film barns of Greene County with the plan of a future publication. He was the author of Greene County – Past and Present.
