Kevin L. Belcher, 3740 E. Country Woods Drive, Dayton, guilty petty theft, 180 days, 166 suspended, $265. Good behavior for two years. Up to two years of supervised probation with drug/alcohol assessment and follow-up treatment. Banned from all Kohl’s stores for two years.

George T. Smith, 73 Brandt Street, Dayton, guilty menacing, 30 days, 22 suspended, $315. Good behavior for two years.

Granted driving privileges with restricted plates and interlock ignition device. 18 days house arrest with work release. 90 day vehicle immobilization.

Marie C. Vincent, 1369 Timberwyen Court, Fairborn, guilty falsification, 180 days, 150 suspended, $365. Up to two years of supervised probation with drug/alcohol assessment and follow-up treatment. Good behavior for two years.

Adrian D. Sorah, 5 Fritchie Place, Dayton, guilty aggressive menacing, 180 days, 160 suspended, $365. Up to two years of supervised probation with drug/alcohol assessment. Good behavior for two years. Banned from the Greene for two years. The Glock is forfeited. Defendant is to turn gun into Beavercreek Police Department within 24 hours of release.
