XENIA — OSU Extension Greene County is offering a workshop that provides participants with skills to understand human behavior, uncover motivators specific to temperaments and improve communication with others. The “Real Colors” workshop will help participants to identify the four personality types common to all people: gold, green, blue and orange.

Participants will gain an understanding of the four colors that correspond to a personality type, discover where they fall on the spectrum of colors, learn to recognize characteristics of each of the four colors and discuss with other participants what it is like to be each color.
