FAIRBORN – Senatorial Candidate Brian Walton of the 10 District will serve as a guest speaker at the local FairTax meeting 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21 at Roush’s Family Restaurant, 305 W. Main St.

Walton served in the Air Force, worked as an analyst for the FBI and went through a deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan as a contractor. He has additionally had his own business as a real estate investor with more than 100 homes flipped.

His education includes a Bachelors degree in Chemistry/Pre-Med., and a Masters from Wright State University in International Affairs and Comparative Politics. He is currently finishing his last year of law school at University of Dayton.

He is married and has four children and is running against Bob Hackett, current State Rep in District 74. Both men are running for termed out Senator Chris Widener’s seat.
