XENIA — A Greene County Grand Jury indicted a Huber Heights man July 31 on 11 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, a fifth-degree felony; one count of voyeurism, a first-degree misdemeanor; and three counts of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

At the time of his arrest, Steven D. McDowell, 60, allegedly had multiple images on his cell phone that contained visual depictions of prepubescent minors in a state of nudity.

The state also alleged that while employed at Pristine Senior Living in Beavercreek, McDowell had sexual contact with two elderly impaired residents.

The case will be scheduled for arraignment this week. The defendant is being held in Greene County Jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond.

The case is pending in the Greene County Common Pleas Court under the supervision of Judge Steven Wolaver.
