FAIRBORN — Carl Johnson and Christie Ross are both graduates of Fairborn City Schools.

Johnson finished his high school studies in 2003, while Ross wrapped up her career as a high school student in 2008. The pair later married, becoming the Johnson’s, and started a family. They now have three children, a sixth grade student, fourth grade student and first grade student, who all attend FCS.

Christie now works downtown at Main Street Hair as a full-time stylist and full-time mom. Meanwhile, Carl owns J.R. Renovations LLC., in which he remodels bathrooms, fireplaces, basements, stone work, fencing, decks and more.

The Johnson’s said they wouldn’t have their successes and be where they are without the education they received from FCS and the connections they made within the community.

“We were so blessed to have gone to Fairborn, and we are thrilled our children get to have the same experience we had,” Christie writes. “Go Skyhawks.”
