XENIA — James C. Stubbs, son of Rick and Katherine Stubbs of Texas, and Amy E. Stafford, daughter of Tom and Barbara Stafford of Xenia announce their engagement.
The groom-to-be graduated in 2010 from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. He is a right of way agent at ROW management.
The future bride graduated in 2012 from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in business. She is employed as an account manager at Power Advocate.
The wedding ceremony will be held 5:30 p.m. Nov. 4, 2017 at King River Ranch, Johnson City, Texas.
