Garrett S. Moore, 54 W. Franklin Street, Centerville, guilty physical control, 180 days, 180 suspended, $500. Up to two years of supervised community control with drug/alcohol assesment and follow-up treatment.

Joseph R. Ryan, 801 Winston Drive, Fairborn, guilty OVI/under the influence, 180 days, 170 suspended, $600. No future similar violations for three years. 10 days jail with no time off for good behavior. Three years of supervised community control with drug/alcohol assessment and follow-up treatment.

Aniqua D. Roebuck, 1406 Steiner Ave., Dayton, guilty driving under FRA suspension, $250.

Demarkio Hoskins, 1937 Centralia Ave., Fairborn, guilty OVI/under the influence, 180 days, 177 suspended, $475. Must complete three day weekend intervention program. Amended three days jail. Two years of supervised community control.

Jermaine C. Preston, 1627 Huffman Ave., Dayton, guilty OVI/under the influence, 180 days, 177 suspended, $477. Must complete three day driver intervention program. Two years of supervised community control. License suspended for six months beginning May 24.

Jessica M. Dyer, 17 Vanderbilt Drive Apt. A, Fairborn, guilty driving under suspension, 30 days, 30 suspended, $250. No future similar violations for three years.

Sarvani R. Ramcharran, 314 Bill Edwards Drive, Springfield, guilty reckless operation, 30 days, 30 suspended, $350. No future similar violations for one year.
