Pass it on presents a check to homeless shelter

XENIA — The American Red Cross, Greene County Housing Program, better known as the Homeless Shelter, is in need of new mattresses for their client’s beds. These mattresses get a lot of use and need to be replaced frequently. Well, it has been some time since they have been replaced and the Pass it On ministry is currently supporting this effort.The Pass it On Program, a ministry of Westminster Presbyterian Church donated $1,000 towards the purchase of new mattresses to get the project started. Pass it On matches families with household goods to donate with families that need those household goods. The items are free, but need to be picked up by the clients.
