Greene County Farm Bureau annual meeting

XENIA — Mike and Liz Bentley hosted the annual meeting of Greene County Farm Bureau at their farm on Aug. 12. Special recognition with the Ohio Farm Bureau Friend of Agriculture was presented to State Senator Chris Widener and State Representatives Bob Hackett and Rick Perales by Board President Kent Campbell.Speaker for the evening was Connie Little who is in charge of Student Nutrition Services at Beavercreek Schools. Little explained the National School Lunch Program and the Magic of Milk program given to over 5000 students in the school system. The program was made possible with a grant from the Ohio Farm Bureau (OFB) Federation.
