BEAVERCREEK — North Farfield Road was closed for approximately one hour on Friday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash at the Rex Drive intersection.

According to Beavercreek Police Captain Eric Grile, a driver ran a red light at the intersection shortly before 2:30 p.m. and was clipped by another vehicle, causing it to flip on its top. The driver wasn’t physically trapped, but it took some time to properly extricate, Grile said.

The driver was taken to Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek with non-life threatening injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
