Joshua Ferguson, 426 Catherine Ave., West Carrollton, no contest OVI/under the influence, 30 days, 30 suspended, $490. No future similar violations for two years. Three day driver intervention program. One year supervised probation with drug/alcohol assessment and follow-up. Operator’s license suspended six months. Permit granted with proof of insurance.

Matthew E. Raska, 230 State Street, Fairborn, guilty trespassing, 30 days, 29 suspended, $265. Must complete 16 hours of community service. Banned from Wal-mart for two years.

Nicholas R. Kunkler, 347 Morris Drive, Fairborn, guilty unauthorized use of property, 30 days, 30 suspended, $365. Up to two years of supervised community control with drug/alcohol assessment and follow-up treatment.

Arlie S. childers, 173 Madison Ave., Fairborn, guilty petty theft, 180 days, 180 suspended, $265. Up to two years of supervised community control, concurrent with Greene County adult probation. Banned from the mall at Fairfield Commons for two years.

Zeke A. Grigsby, 133 Cato Drive, Xenia, no contest disorderly conduct, 30 days, 29 suspended, $265. Two years of supervised community control with drug/alcohol assessment and follow-up treatment. Banned from Province Property Apartments.
