HUBER HEIGHTS — The Military Veterans Resource Center (MVRC) will run Operation: Tools for School starting Monday, Aug. 1 to help veteran and service member families with their children’s back-to-school costs.

Until Sept. 15, veterans, service members and their spouses can receive assistance when proof of service is presented at Military Veterans Resource Center’s Dayton resource center, located at 5420 Brandt Pike.

“Operation: Tools for School helps vets and families make a positive start to the school year,” said MVRC Executive Director Len Proper. “We want children to feel excited about school. It’s a joy to see them begin the school year with bright eyes and happy smiles.”

Donations to Operation: Tools for School are always welcome and can be made at milvetsrc.org/tools/. For more information about this program, contact Kelley Koons at 937-329-9559.
