FAIRBORN — Kroger Health and Wellness has added registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) to its services in stores throughout the Miami Valley, including the Fairborn location, alongside The Little Clinic and Kroger Pharmacy. Kroger dietitians provide services such as personal shopping, weight management programs and personalized medical nutrition therapy for patients with medical conditions.
“Kroger aims to help our customers live healthier lives, and providing dietitian services in-store to complement the services we offer through The Little Clinic and Kroger Pharmacy is another way we can meet their health and wellness needs,” said Colleen Lindholz, Kroger’s president of Pharmacy and The Little Clinic. “We are now able to help our patients make better connections between food choices and their overall health and provide personalized food-related guidance to each individual right where food decisions are made.”

A RDN can work with patients to develop solutions specifically for weight loss, weight gain, heart health, diabetes, plant-based eating, gluten-free or simply well-balanced, nutritional eating.
In addition to the Fairborn store, dietitians are available within the following Dayton-area Kroger stores: 885 Union Road, Englewood; 780 Northwoods Blvd., Vandalia; 2115 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering; 1095 S. Main St., Centerville; 3165 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek and 5400 Cornerstone North Blvd., Centerville.
Kroger launched dietitian services within The Little Clinic in select markets in 2016. These services are currently available in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and Nashville.
