FFA chapter earns high honor

0

XENIA — During the recent National FFA Convention in Indianapolis the Cedarville/Greene County Career Center FFA chapter was honored with one of the highest awards that the National FFA can bestow.

Less than one percent of all FFA chapters are able to qualify for the prestige of being named a two-star, gold-rated chapter. To achieve the award the chapter must have successfully planned and conducted 20 events in their community, partner with local organizations and show an impact in their school.

The selection process included numerous rounds of vigorous evaluations at the local, state, and national levels.

This is the first time the Cedarville/GCCC chapter has obtained this high honor.
