XENIA — All are invited to a flag retirement ceremony set for 7 p.m. on Flag Day, Wednesday, June 14, at the Greene County Fairgrounds, 120 Fairgrounds Road.

Any resident who would like to properly dispose of an old flag can bring their flags to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, 120 E. Main St., Moorman’s Towing and Body Shop, 395 S. Miami St., or to their local police station prior to the event.

Residents can also bring flags to the ceremony. The event is open to anyone who wishes to attend and pay tribute to the flag.
