Bags ‘n Baubles to benefit IHN

BEAVERCREEK — All are invited to Bags ‘n Baubles, 6-8:30 p.m. Friday, May 12, to shop new and gently used purses and jewelry at the Walnut Grove Country Club to benefit Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN)/ Schneider House of Hope.

“Come and shop for your mom, grandmother or treat yourself,” said Sue Mortsolf, board president of IHN.

The shopping experience will include nearly 200 purses to choose from, a Chinese auction and silent auction, a raffle for a designer purse, hors d’oeuvres, DJ music and karaoke.

Interfaith Hospitality Network/ Schneider House, located in Xenia, is a non-profit organization that provides shelter, meals and assistance to families experiencing homelessness in Greene County.

“Come shop, have an enjoyable evening, and make a difference in the lives of our homeless families,” Mortsolf said.

Admission is $30 per person or $50 for two. Tickets may be purchased at the door or reserved in advance. Admission include three Chinese auction tickets.

Walnut Grove Country Club is located at 5050 Linden Ave., Beavercreek.
