Fairborn City School’s own Theresa Koch was awarded the 2017 Carol Brandel Award for Distinguished Service in Pupil Transportation. Koch was recognized at the Fairborn Board of Education meeting and will also attend the Ohio Association for Pupil Transportation Annual Awards Banquet later in March.
