Fairborn student wins first place in Discover Parenting Photo Exhibit

FAIRBORN — Hannah Jefferis, a Fairborn Digital Academy student and GRADS participant, won first place in the Discover Parenting Photo Exhibit, sponsored by United Services for Effective Parenting of Ohio.

The photo was part of a class project discussing how to keep children save.

The winning photos are displayed throughout Columbus — The Statehouse, in the downtown area at Vern Riffe Center for Government & Arts, the Ohio Family & Consumer Sciences Conference, the 2017 Ohio Early Childhood, as well as the Ohio State Fair this summer.

The pictures will also go to the National Association of Women Highway Safety Leaders in Seattle, Washington. The photos are now on display on the USEP-OHIO website.

Nancy Myers serves as the GRADS coordinator on behalf of Greene County Career Center for Fairborn.
