Hawks’ Redd wins silver medal at indoor championships GENEVA, Ohio — Fairborn Skyhawk runner Jordan Redd competed at the GaReat American Scholastic Indoor National Championships this past weekend.
The meet was held at the GaReat Sports Complex in Geneva, Ohio.
Redd captured the Silver medal in the men's 3200M run, with a season best time of 9:53.83. Brandan McGee of Crestwood, Ohio was the overall winner and Logan Steiner of Pennsylvania was third.
Fairborn High School has two athletes that have qualified for the State Indoor track meet. Redd will compete in the men's 3200M run and Brian Jennings in the men's shot put.
The state meet is scheduled for Saturday March 20 at the University of Akron.
