Hawks finish regular season with league win MIAMISBURG — The Fairborn boys’ and girls’ bowling teams finished the regular season with perfect 8-0 records in the GWOC?South after beating Miamisburg on Friday night.
On the boys’ side, the Hawks (14-5, 8-0 GWOC?South) defeated the Vikings (6-13, 4-4) 2219 pins to 2061. Jacob Childers led the Hawks with a 421 through two games, Andrew Johnson rolled a 394 and Jacob Lewis rolled a 376.
Dylan Colton led Miamisburg with a 444.
In girls’ bowling action, Fairborn (15-4, 8-0 GWOC?South) rolled over the Vikings (3-16, 2-6) by a score of 2061 pins to 1659.
Alana Correa led the Hawks with a two-game score of 443. April Taylor rolled a 358, Samantha Weinert rolled a 321 and Jordan Bair rolled a 303.
