XENIA — The Rev. Dr. Gloria Dillon, pastor of Glory Ministries Church of Xenia, recognized breast cancer survivors in her congregation on Oct. 23.

Church ministry leaders Kim Martin and Linda Bynum spoke to the congregation about early detection, self examination and stressed that it is not a women-only disease. Glory Ministries has two male breast cancer survivors.

Dillon asked all Greene County Churches to wear Pink Oct. 30 to celebrate the survivors and cancer research for breast cancer.
