January 25, 2014

XENIA — A new name, but a continued tradition of excellence. That is how Xenia’s newest real estate company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices could be described. Formerly Prudential One Realtors, BHHS will continue the long successful heritage of home selling services in the Miami Valley.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand brings a tradition of excellence to the Xenia home market and outstanding home buying and selling services to its clients. Ohio’s BHHS Professional Realty is home to 370 agents, and serves clients throughout the state, including the Miami Valley, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo and Columbus with expansion plans in the works to grow into new markets.

The most important aspect of BHHS is the communities that are served.

The new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand offers the newest and best technology based innovative marketing services that are available.

One of the new company’s new innovations that will be coming soon is the new Real Estate Café. The Real Estate Café concept was created to serve the mobility of today’s buyers, sellers and agents. By providing an internet café style business center for the Berkshire Hathaway agents, the company will be able to reach out and conduct business with more consumers in more markets.

Opening soon in the Xenia market, BHHS’ first Real Estate Café will be located at 65 Sout Progress Drive, Suite A. Soon to follow will be a second Café in Enon at 7600 Dayton-Xenia Road.
