- Purrrrrfect Time to Read with Bad Kitty, all ages, Monday, Jan. 13. Register to join the family Winter Reading Challenge based on the Bad Kitty books by Nick Bruel Finish 10 sessions of reading to your family and return record to the library to receive an entry for the prize drawings and to receive an invitation to the party on March 1.

- Creative Writing with Mr. Tim, ages 9-12, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 14, 21, 28. Mr. Tim is a published author and he wants to make someone else one too. Register (only to can attend all the classes) for the course in which we’ll cover Journaling, Poetry and Short Stories. - Test Your Brain — Monthly Contest for grades 7-12 will be held at the Beavercreek Public Library. Check the bulletin board in the Teen area for this month’s contest. The prize will be awarded the last week of each month.

- Club Book: Teen Book discussion Group, grades 7-12, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30. Join the book club and lets find out what everyone is reading. Each month talk about a different genre.
